On the afternoon of 11th September, at the second-floor conference room, the publicity team of Anqing Foreign Language School’s west campus held the work arrangement conference chaired by General Party Branch Secretary Sun Yijun. Also in attendance were Principal Assistant Ling Qian, department heads as well as members of the publicity team.
First of all, General Party Branch Secretary Sun Yijun affirmed the contributions made by the publicity team over the last academic year. Afterwards, she intensified the publicity team’s responsibility consciousness.
Second of all, the campus network is not only a platform, but also a window. Thus, it is of crucial significance for Anqing Foreign Language School to make better the news publicity work, which shall popularize the school culture and expand popularity so that Anqing Foreign Language School can be understood comprehensively by society.
Third of all, Principal Assistant Ling Qian put forward new requirements in regard to the publicity work in the new term. Principal Assistant Ling hoped that all team members would pay high attention to publicity work, let the publicity team come into play and send more timely and higher-quality news manuscript. Meanwhile, Principal Assistant Ling Qian hoped that everyone should focus more on big and small issues, fresh news, hot topics, key points in addition to innovation points to publicize Anqing Foreign Language School in an all-around way.
To conclude, teacher Yu Wangqin with the Information Section proceeded detailed requirements in terms of the theme, subheadings, number of words and format of the news manuscript. In addition, all members of the publicity team were full of confidence and they would boost their publicity consciousness in accordance with the spirit of the conference as well as meticulously fulfill each propaganda task.
